Recipe Special Meaty Pasta Salad

Ingredients ------ 1. Prepared honey mustard - 1.69 fl oz 2. Apple cider vinegar - 1.69 fl oz 3. Sunflower oil - 5.07 fl oz 4. Freshly chopped parsley - 0.68 fl oz 5. Beef biltong for salad - 5.29 oz 6. Gnocchi shells for salad - 17.64 oz 7. Sweet piquante peppers - 10.0 pc 8. Yellow pepper for salad - 2.0 pc 9. Onion for salad - 1.0 pc 10. Courgettes for salad - 6.0 pc 11. Feta cheese for salad - 3.53 oz ------ Method ------ 1. For dressing, whisk mustard and vinegar together until well mixed. 2. Add oil slowly, whisking continuously. Stir in the parsley. 3. For salad, pour dressing over biltong and allow to stand for half an hour. 4. Cook pasta according to pack instructions. 5. Drain and mix in biltong and dressing to coat the pasta well. Allow to cool. 6. Add all remaining ingredients, toss well to combine and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 7. Serve!
