Recipe Brown Bread

------ Ingredients ------ 1. Wheat flour - 8.82 oz 2. Yeast - 0.35 oz 3. Sugar - 0.75 tsp 4. Butter - 1.0 tsp 5. Salt - 0.75 tsp 6. Water - as required ------ Method ------ 1. First, sieve the flour. 2. Add in sugar, yeast and a little warm water. Now wait for 5 minutes. 3. As the bubbles start coming on top in the flour, put butter and salt in it and make a soft dough, by adding some warm water. Knead for 2 minutes and keep aside for approximately 20 minutes. 4. Now, work on the dough again for a few minutes and shape it into a loaf. 5. Press the raw dough it in the greased loaf tin. Let rest for 25 minutes and then bake the bread in oven for 10 minutes, at a temperature of 200°C. 6. Reduce the temperature to 150°C and further bake it for 15 minutes. Your brown bread is ready.
